Paypal orders require a payment link sent to your e-mail address. This link connects you to the Paypal system to submit payment. We are happy to provide this service.

Personal check or money order:

If you prefer to pay for your purchase using a personal check or money order, please choose this on your order form and we ship your order as soon as payment is received.

 


Urn Ordering and Shipping Information:

Because of the extensive choices and combinations available, there are two ways to quickly and easily order our products. Standard engraving and UPS ground shipping is included with all of our pet cremation urns.

Urn Online Order form: Once you have selected your custom product, click here to access our online order form. Once completed, it will be forwarded to us for immediate processing.

Pet Casket Ordering and Shipping Information:

Casket order can be submitted with our Casket Online Order Page. This form allows the customer to choose the type of pet casket, size and custom options from our Styles page. If you would prefer to submit your order over the phone please call us at 877-679-3770, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm (est).

Shipping Information:

Preferred shipping for our Pet Casket orders is with DHL/Airborne. Our standard ground rates reflect using this carrier. We have used DHL many times and have been very pleased with their service and handling of our customer's orders. Shipping charges for caskets are not included in the listed prices and will be added to the order total. If you would prefer to ship using another carrier or wish to expedite your shipment, we will be happy to provide you a quote for those charges.

Why don't we offer free shipping for caskets? We list the shipping charges seperately so that if you would like to expedite a shipment, you can be sure you are not being charged for a built in cost for shipping in the product price and then expedited shipping charges on top of that. These standard prices for ground shipping are based on over 3 years of cost history.

Order processing is typically 2-3 days depending on style and finish of your pet casket. Please call us for in stock availability. We try to keep several different styles in stock, pre lined for customers that need an order shipped immediately.

We understand that these products are often needed immediately and will do everything possible to expedite your order and get it to you the quickest and safest way possible.

Once your order has been shipped we will provide an email order confirmation and the shipment tracking number. We use a packaging service that does an excellent job of securing the caskets well for transit. In the event that shipping damage incurrs during transit, we will assist our customers any way we can. We cannot, though, be responsible for excessive damage caused by the carrier.

Standard Ground Rates do not apply to Hawaii and Alaska, Please call for a quote for these locations.


Keepsake Pendants Ordering and Shipping Information:

Keepsake Pendant orders can be submitted from our Pendants Order Page. After choosing your pendant, it will bring you to an online order form. All pendant orders ship FREE the next business day via USPS Priority Mail and typically arrive within 3 business days from shipment.

Once your order has been shipped we will provide an email order confirmation and the USPS shipment tracking number. If you would prefer to submit your order over the phone please call us at 877-679-3770, 7 days a week, 8am-8pm (est).

 


Returns:

If you need to return an item, please include original invoice and packaging within two (2) weeks of receiving your order. All returned products must be in unused condition. If the package has been opened, the customer must repack the item securely to avoid damage on the return shipment.

All return shipping charges are to be paid by the customer.

We insure our products to protect our customers in the event that there is shipping damage. In the event that a product needs to be returned to us, we ask that you also insure the product for the return shipment.

No refunds will be processed for products unless it was returned as outlined above.
