We ship via UPS within the Contiguos US and Canada.  Shipping to other US State and Territories including Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico is additional and can be quoted at time of order. Most of our products include Free Ground Shipping.  If you need your order immediately, we can provide a quote for overnight and 2nd day air options.  Please contact us at 877-679-3770 and we'll provide you an immediate estimate.

Returns Policy

We want to be sure you're happy with your Pets We Loved order.  The following explains our returns policy.

Handcrafted "Sammy" or "Dusty" Pet Caskets include a 14 Day Return Warranty.  Pet caskets must be unused and resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be provided once product is received.

All other products include a 30 Day Return Warranty.  Products must be unused and resalable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. A full refund will be provided once product is received.

Returns FAQs:

Can I get my shipping cost refunded?
If there is an error on our part related to your order, we will issue a credit for your any eroneous shipping charges.

Do I need to return the item in its original packaging?
Please return your item in the original packaging. We recommend you keep your packaging for at least the first 30 days after purchase.

Are Custom Casket orders returnable?
If there is an error on our part in the sizing or construction of the custom casket, the pet casket can be returned within 15 days of order receipt and we will issue a full credit for the item.
